4. Google authentication
When you use “Sign in with Google”, Google provides basic profile information (name, email, photo) according to the permissions you grant. It is used solely to create and manage your account.
5. Providers and international transfers
To deliver the service we rely on providers that may store or process data outside Argentina. They access only the data required for their function:
- Supabase — database, account and file hosting.
- Mercado Pago — online payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmations, password resets).
- Amazon Web Services / CloudFront — website hosting and delivery.
- Google — optional sign-in with a Google account.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and thereafter for as long as legal, accounting and tax obligations require. Accounts created but never confirmed are deleted automatically.
7. Local storage and cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. We only use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language. You can clear it from your browser at any time.
8. Lodge webcam
The site publishes images from a camera pointed at the mountain landscape, intended to show conditions on site. It is not used to identify individuals and no recordings are kept for that purpose.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
10. Your rights
Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Act 25.326, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to certain processing.
11. Supervisory authority
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory body for Act 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims from individuals whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

We may update this policy. Changes take effect upon publication on this site; the last-updated date is shown at the foot of this page.
